These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and p99o (hereinafter "p99o", "we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://p99o.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereunder.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the p99o platform and close your account if one has already been created.

3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. You must not register an account or place any wager if you are below the minimum age threshold. p99o reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where age compliance cannot be confirmed.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether in the same name, under a different name, or using different contact details — are strictly prohibited. p99o reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). p99o operates a mandatory identity-verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence confirming your identity (e.g., a government-issued ID), residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement) and ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Eligibility Restrictions. Registration is not permitted for residents of Restricted Territories or individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders on any gambling platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a resident of, any Restricted Territory and that you are legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to you.
Pakistan-Specific Notice: Pakistani law may prohibit online gambling. p99o does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Registering and using the Platform does not make gambling lawful in your location. You bear full legal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify p99o support immediately.
4.3 p99o will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the loss arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.4 You must ensure that no minor (anyone under 18 years of age) is able to access or use your account. You are responsible for implementing appropriate parental controls and supervising access to any device on which your account may be logged in.
4.5 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of associated balances.
5.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. p99o does not accept deposits from payment sources that do not belong to the registered account holder. Always verify currently available deposit methods in your cashier.
5.2 Payment Method References. References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply that those institutions endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions with p99o. Current payment availability is determined by p99o's operational configuration at any given time.
5.3 Currency. Account balances and transactions may be displayed in the currency applicable to your account configuration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts are referenced on the Platform, they are illustrative of applicable conversion values and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
5.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds having been met; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds; and (d) p99o's standard processing timelines as published in your account settings. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
5.6 Processing Times. p99o endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timelines published at the time of the request. p99o is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Note: p99o reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation or temporarily placing a hold on a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification.
6.1 p99o may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds requirements will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only and may not be exploited using systematic strategies designed to guarantee a return (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"). p99o reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is reasonably suspected.
6.4 Bonus offers are typically available to eligible accounts only and may be limited in terms of geographic availability, account tier or deposit history. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.5 p99o reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that such action does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account in good faith.
6.6 All bonus figures cited elsewhere on this Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000 migration bonus") are illustrative examples and are subject to the current, active promotion terms in effect at the time of any applicable offer. p99o does not guarantee that any specific bonus figure will be available at any given time.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific game or betting product permits in-play changes.
7.3 p99o reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed in circumstances where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
7.4 Odds offered on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed and accepted constitute the final agreed odds for that wager.
7.5 Cricket betting markets, including PSL matches, ICC T20 World Cup fixtures, bilateral series and other Pakistan cricket events, are subject to the general sports betting rules of the Platform. Markets may be suspended or voided in cases of weather interruption, match abandonment, or other events falling outside standard resolution criteria.
7.6 Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. p99o does not warrant any specific RTP outcome for any individual player session. Illustrative RTP figures displayed on the Platform represent theoretical return rates over a large volume of play and are not a guarantee of individual results.
7.7 p99o reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout or frequency of betting for any Player at any time, including where the Platform determines a Player's activity to be inconsistent with recreational play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
Where p99o reasonably suspects that any prohibited conduct has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal, freeze the account balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account. In cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity, p99o reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the p99o Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout, is the property of p99o or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works; or (c) use any data mining, scraping or extraction tools in connection with the Platform.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of p99o's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p99o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
10.2 p99o does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p99o shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, delays in bet processing or any failure of third-party services including payment processors.
10.3 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. p99o does not guarantee winnings, return rates or any positive financial outcome from use of the Platform. You accept that you may lose money wagered on the Platform.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit p99o's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 p99o is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of player-protection tools accessible directly from your account settings, including: (a) deposit limits; (b) loss limits; (c) session time limits; (d) cooling-off periods; and (e) self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. During any active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. p99o takes reasonable technical steps to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee that all access will be blocked in all circumstances.

12.2 The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.3 If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p99o holds its operating licence, as applicable at the time of the relevant transaction.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and p99o, you are encouraged to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to respond to disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable to the operator's licence jurisdiction. Both parties agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive means of resolving disputes, except where either party seeks injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall be construed as conferring jurisdiction on any Pakistani court or authority over matters arising from the use of this Platform.
